How much is rent?
Rental rates vary based on move in dates, length of lease term, and change daily.
How do I pay rent?
Rental payments are paid through our resident’s portal which you’ll set up at the time of application.
How much is the security deposit?
The security deposit will start at $500 and can go up to 1 ½ month’s rent based on the application approval criteria.
Are utilities included in the rent?
No utilities are not included in the rent.
What is your late fee policy?
Rent is due on the 2nd day of each month. If the rent payment is not received, a late fee will be applied to your account on the 3rd day of the month.
Is there on-site parking?
Yes, there is onsite parking.
Is there an additional cost for parking on site?
Parking fees vary by location.
What is your Pet Policy?
We strive to create a pet-friendly community where both you and your furry friends can thrive. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
We allow up to 2 pets per apartment.
Please note that certain breed restrictions do apply. Breed restrictions include, but are not limited to: Pit Bull, Rottweiler, German Shepards, Doberman Pinchers, Chow, Presa Canario, Dalmatian, Akita, and Great Dane.
What fees are associated with having a pet?
There is a $350 non-refundable pet privilege fee and the pet rent is $45 per pet per month.
What is the application process?
You may apply online. Our system will require identification verification and the application fee payment to process your application. You will be required to sign a rental policy and complete the application in full. The application process includes credit and background screening through our software.
What is needed for the application/approval process?
Additional information is needed for your application, which will be submitted to our leasing team. This includes a copy of your 3 most recent pay stubs and recent bank statements that correlate with the pay stubs submitted. Present and previous residence will be verified for all applicants. We will request a signed landlord verification form that our team will submit to your current and/or previous landlord.
Is there an application fee?
Anyone 18 years or older that will be residing in the home must apply. The application fee is $80 per application.
Are there income requirements?
The gross monthly income must equal 3.0 times the monthly rent per household.
What lease lengths do you offer?
We offer 3–15 month lease terms.
What amenities are offered?
The amenities offered are based on location.
Is storage available?
Available storage is based on location.
Is renters' insurance required?
Renter’s insurance is required. Proof of insurance is required prior to move in. If you do not have an insurance carrier, you may select a policy through Asset Protect during the move-in process.

Are there washer and dryers on site?
Yes, washers and dryers are included in every home.
How is the building secured?
Buildings and hallways are secured by keyed entry and/or fobs.

Swimming pools are available based on location.
Is there a fitness room?
Fitness rooms are available based on location.
Is there a common area that can be used?
